RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to me! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund.

You may always return items that arrive damaged, just reach out on the contact page and let me know what’s gone wrong. You won’t need to pay for return shipping if something went wrong on my end.


If you received the ornament as a gift and it’s over the 15 day mark, no biggie, you can exchange it for anything on the site.


Refunds are issued within three days of the receipt of the returned item. It’s not always necessary to return an item – I will let you know when you contact me. If the item is not to be returned then your refund will be issued three days after reaching out. I do not charge re-stocking fees for returns. 👍🏼

Expect replacement items to be sent out within three days after we talk. Replacement ornaments are shipped by USPS First Class.
